U2030 hosts a range of events and meetings throughout the year to drive collaboration, innovation, and leadership growth.

CoE Forum Meetings – Held on the last Wednesday of each month, these 90-minute sessions focus on Customer Experience, Energy Transition, and Emergency Preparedness and Response. The first 40 minutes feature guest speakers and are open to all, while the final 50 minutes are reserved for member-only experience-sharing breakouts (access by code).

RADIATE Sessions – Monthly one-hour curriculum sessions designed exclusively for RADIATE participants and leaders.

Leadership Meetings – Quarterly gatherings of the Executive Leadership Council and Advisory Committee to align on key initiatives and strategies.

Signature Events – The Energize Retreat in spring and the SPARK Annual Meeting in fall provide premier opportunities for learning, networking, and leadership development.
